Celestial Hill's 52-acre estate is a truly unique vineyard property; here, among the rolling hills, forests and creeks, are 15 acres of vines spread out across four distinct vineyard blocks, each with different soils and elevations. Being in the coastal Range foothills provides cooler evenings that allow the grapes a longer hang time to develop more nuance and complexity. Helping care for the vineyard, garden and orchard, are livestock guardian dogs Bo and Rosie, Southdown Babydoll sheep, pigmy goats and a menagerie of chickens!

Experiences on the property range from tasting on the patio, next to our chicken coop, overlooking the Glenn Vineyard with a scene of rolling foothills dotted with evergreens, to a vineyard tour that will take you on private trails through the forests that surround the four vineyards! Guests are welcome to meet the animal friends of Celestial Hill at the end of their visit - time and weather permitting.

Currently our previous Carlton winery and tasting room location is closed as of March 1, 2025. We are renovating a historical building in downtown McMinnville, closer to the estate and vineyard location, which we aim to open late spring of 2025! At this time, vineyard tastings will be available in the interim, before our new tasting room launches! Please note that the vineyard is appointment only.
